NBC Boston reports the six former employees would send several packages to the couple to prevent them from writing negative reviews about the company. U.S Attorney Andrew Lelling said during a news conference that the executives were upset over the couple’s review of the company after reading it on their website. The former employees were identified as James Baugh, Senior Director of Safety and Security; Stephanie Popp, Senior Manager of Global Intelligence; Stephanie Stockwell, a former intelligence analyst, Brian Gilbert, Senior Manager of Special Operations, Veronica Zea, Contractor; and David Harville, Director of Global Resiliency.
The case was called a “systematic campaign fueled by the resources of a Fortune 500 company to emotionally and psychologically terrorize this middle-aged couple.”
“For a while they succeeded, psychologically devastating these people for weeks, as they desperately tried to figure out what was going on and stop it.”

Reports state Baugh ordered the employees to start stalking the couple by creating anonymous emails and phone numbers to consistently harass them last year. They also used pre-paid debit cards to send the packages along with threatening letters. Some of the packages contained fly larvae, spiders, cockroaches, sympathy wreath, and advice on how to survive the death of a spouse.
