A lot of companies have recently cut ties with Kanye West, now some of his fans are also wiping their hands clean with the rapper.
According NBC6, Danny Shiff revealed that he has purchased about 40 pair of Yeezy sneakers over the years, now a viral video shows him burning about $15,000 worth of those sneakers.
Shiff explained to the news outlet that he felt the need to light his shoes in flames because Ye made him “angry” with his recent comments on the Jewish community. “This can lead to harm, injury or even death,” Shiff says.
Shiff did explain that he still has about $25,000 worth of Yeezy shoes in his home. He now says he will auction them off and then triple the profit and donate it to a charity fighting racism and antisemitism.

If you haven’t been up to date on Kanye West and his recent backlash the rapper began to receive major backlash when he wore a White Lives Matter shirt during a fashion show. He went on multiple platforms and explained himself. One of his most viewed interviews was with Drink Champs, but was quickly taken down less than 24 hours. Ye then continued to go on multiple rants on Instagram and was then banned from the app.
However, he took his thoughts to Twitter and then shared hateful comments towards the Jewish community and was banned from Twitter as well. Following his latest comments from Twitter the rapper has lost tons of deals/partnerships. In more recent news Kanye made his way back to Instagram after nearly three weeks and revealed he lost 2 billion dollars in just one day.
