According to Florida Highway Patrol troopers, on Friday (December 23), Perez-Valdivia sat in the passenger seat of a green Lamborghini, while his friend, another man, put the pedal to the metal, driving more than 100 miles per hour southbound down the 826 Expressway.

Footage uploaded to Perez-Valdivia’s Instagram showed his hand and tatted up arm holding a pistol and firing it multiple times outside of the window as they flew down the highway.

It is reported that Perez-Valdivia and his friend had just finished a night of partying in downtown Miami and were off to their next destination, when the shots were aimlessly fired near the neighborhood of Tropical Park.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers claim Perez-Valdivia turned himself in on Monday morning (December 26), and he was subsequently booked on 14 counts for shooting 14 bullets into the air.

However, Perez-Valdivia’s attorneys have since argued on his behalf, stating he should only be charged with one count of discharging a firearm, claiming he only pulled the trigger one time.

The judge agreed and kept his bond at $2,500 for the first count and $1 for each of the remaining 13 counts. Perez-Valdivia’s charges include: carrying a concealed firearm; improper exhibition of a weapon; and resisting an officer without violence.
