A Florida man was arrested Friday after a viral video captured him spewing racist remarks toward a black woman and threatening to mace her while waiting at a stoplight.

The Collier County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested 40-year-old Jeffrey Rouse after leading authorities on a high-speed chase of 100 mph through the county. He was identified as the man who went viral after her verbally threatened and yelled racial slurs towards a black woman named Mishou while waiting at a stoplight Thursday evening in Naples as reported by the Daily Mail.
Rouse could be heard shouting in the video, “How much do you think your life matters right now? None!” and holds up a can of mace. While holding the can, he continues to yell: I’m going to put this mace in your black n***** face. F*** you n*****. That’s how much your life matters.’

Another Naples resident, Yaritza Gary said she recognized Rouse after watching the viral video, she added he also verbally attacked a black man earlier this month.
‘Once my brother went next to him and asked the guy to stop, he started yelling N-words at my brother also, but it was mostly towards the elderly black man,’
Although his charges were not disclosed, Rouse is also suspected of defacing political signs outside of a Seed to Table grocery store.
