The lawsuit was filed by the man who said he and his teacher had a sexual relationship when he was a teenager in Queensland, Australia. He started attending a boarding school in Toowoomba as an eighth-grader and said he was overwhelmed by its strict rules and regulations. His teacher who was in her mid-20s at the time, took an interest in the boy and spent hours alone conducting private tutoring sessions on campus and at her house.
During the sessions, the teacher would seduce him with songs by Celine Dion and Savage Garden. He also said it began with them kissing each other, leading to oral sex and sexual intercourse as reported by the Daily Mail. On one occasion, the boy’s mother found them having sex with each other after she heard laughing from his bedroom.
