Farrah Abraham is clapping back at her critics after she allowed her daughter Sophia to get a septum piercing for her 13th birthday.

The “Teen Mom” star said she is doing what she can as a parent and is making sure Sophia is happy. After Sophia posted a video of her brand new piercing on Instagram, critics started to question Farrah’s parenting and said the now-13-year-old is too young to have the piercing.
Abraham told TMZ that she was not a fan of her daughter getting the piercing but she would rather her get pierced by a professional rather than sneaking off and doing it without permission.

“Legally done I’m all about being legal so we abide by the law, I am doing my best as a parent to make sure that she is healthy and happy and I cover those bases. So, congratulations to Sophia, I wish you a happy birthday.”
Abraham continued to say if Sophia wants to get more piercings then more power to her but she is happy to support her on her birthday.
“I don’t know if I’ll ever be down with a tattoo but I am happy to support her on her birthday. “
