Yikes! Nicole Mancilla, the ex-girlfriend of Britney Spears‘ boyfriend Paul Richard Soliz, claims her felon ex is a “deadbeat cheater” with at least 9 kids, further claiming, “He fell in Britney Spears’ p***y and now he denies his children.”
According to Us Weekly, Britney Spears’ boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz, 37, has not only been convicted for driving without a license in 2016 and convicted for felony firearm possession in December 2020, but he also reportedly violated his probation in September 2023.
Despite his felonious background, Paul insisted that he isn’t a “bad dude” in an interview with Backgrid last September. He also confessed to having a “handful of children,” and that one of the mothers passed away. He said, “I have custody of my children, I’m not a bad dude. I own my own business. I do licensed contractor technique tile.”
Since Paul Richard Soliz’s comments, his ex and mother to five of his kids, Nicole Mancilla, 36, now tells DailyMail, that ever since he fell for Britney Spears, 42, he has allegedly abandoned his nine children. Mancilla said that in addition to her ex allegedly cheating on her with Britney Spears, he is also on the hook for missing child support payments for their five kids: Trystan Alexzander Soliz, 9, Dylan Andrew Soliz, 8, and Violet Pearl Soliz, 21 months.

According to court documents obtained by DailyMail, a civil case was filed by the Los Angeles Department for Child Support Services (DCSS) on March 22 and it demanded that Paul Richard Soliz pay $1,167 in monthly child support, plus 50% of healthcare costs for the children. Although Soliz has been ordered to pay child support, with a reported monthly income of $2,774, the documents state that the children have been receiving public benefits since January 2020.
DailyMail also reported that Los Angeles County officials filed a complaint against Soliz in 2019 for $615 monthly child support he allegedly owed to Alexandra Gonzalez for their twins, Anevy and Avery Soliz, 5. A judgment in January 2022 later confirmed that he was the father, but said his child support obligation was “zero.”
Paul Richard Soliz is reported to have first linked with Britney Spears as a cleaner and handyman on her staff, but reportedly became her lover. However, since allegedly taking things up a notch with his boss, Soliz has reportedly abandoned his responsibilities as a father of nine.
Nicole Mancilla alleged that Soliz cheated on her with Spears and hasn’t paid any bills for their five kids or his other children with other women. She also alleges that he still tries to visit her and their 5 kids, who are living with her 60-year-old surgical assistant mother in a three-bedroom home in Sylmar, California.
Mancilla, who claims Soliz is her “husband,” said, “Just let them know that my husband fell in Britney Spears’ p***y. He was married, and now he denies his children. He neglects his children for her.” She added, “He’s the EBT Nick Cannon,” referring to Electronic Benefits Transfer food stamps and the TV mogul with 12 children by six women.
Mancilla also said that Soliz is living with Spears, but still maintains his official residence at a bungalow a few blocks from her home. She added, “He’s on probation, so if he officially lives at her house, they have access to searching her house. So that’s why he still has an address here.”
Mancilla’s mother, Sandra Smith, told DailyMail, “He has ten kids. He doesn’t support any of them. They have a one-year-old together and he doesn’t even pay attention to that one either. He’s a deadbeat dad. It’s difficult for me because he doesn’t support not one kid. And they’re at my house. Nicole’s torn up by everything. This has been going on for five years. And he doesn’t leave her alone, he keeps coming back. I wouldn’t let him see the kids if it was me. She does, because she wants them to have a dad. But I wouldn’t want a dad like that.”
