Rapper Enchanting’s cause of death has been revealed. Reports indicate that her death was due to an accidental overdose, according to information obtained by TMZ.

The Medical Examiner’s Office in Dallas County has reported that the Texas-native artist Enchanting suffered an overdose involving oxycodone and benzodiazepines. Oxycodone, a synthetic opioid, was combined with benzodiazepines, a category of depressants often found in well-known medications like Valium, Xanax, and Klonopin.

Enchanting, whose real name is Channing Nicole Larry, was poised to become the First Lady of Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records prior to her untimely passing.

As we previously reported, Gucci Mane confirmed her passing with a post on Instagram with the caption reading, “So sad to have to say R.I.P to such a great young lady a true star we gone all miss you Chant 📷 📷”

At just 26 years old, Enchanting was on the brink of stardom. She joined Gucci Mane’s label in 2020 and collaborated with artists such as Pooh Shiesty, Foogiano, and the late Big Scarr, with whom she shared a particularly close bond until their split in 2022.
