Amid his federal sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy (RICO) trial in Manhattan, Diddy is now being sued by a man alleging he was sodomized and told, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.”
According to TMZ, a man named Brandon Adams is suing Sean “Diddy” Combs for allegedly sodomizing him at a house party. Adams alleges he was invited to a party that the Bad Boy Records founder was hosting back in 2021.
He claims he showed up to the event only to be allegedly sexually assaulted by the mogul. Adams has sought Houston, Texas attorney Tony Buzbee as his legal representative. Buzbee is representing a slew of alleged Diddy victims.

Man Alleges Diddy Sodomized Him At Party In 2021, Claims He Was Told, ‘You’re About To Get That Diddy Love’
In Brandon Adams’ lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, he claims he met a chauffeur at a Los Angeles gas station, who ended up inviting him to Diddy’s party. Adams says when he showed up to the event, he was told to keep his phone in the car. Once inside the party, he says he saw tons of celebrities. However, he admits he did not interact with anyone. After throwing back a couple of alcoholic drinks, he claims he started to feel dizzy.
Subsequently, he went searching for a calm place to gather himself and landed in an empty bedroom. He dropped onto the bed and soon, he fell unconscious. Adams claims he then began feeling a hand unbuckle his belt. When he asked what was going on, he says he heard a man’s voice, whom he believes belonged to Diddy. He says the mogul allegedly told him, “You’re about to get that Diddy love.”
In his lawsuit, Brandon Adams further alleges Diddy rolled him from his stomach onto his side and told him, “Don’t worry, you’re about to get a great massage.” When he turned his head around, he alleges he saw Diddy sodomizing him.
When Adams tried to fight him off, Diddy allegedly gripped the back of his neck and threatened him. He alleges the mogul recited the information seen on his driver’s license. Adams recalls the data being scanned by security upon entry to the party. He alleges Diddy continued sodomizing him until he finished and left the room. Adams says he was left in pain and with a “vile sensation.”

Diddy’s Legal Team Reacts To Man Alleging He Was Sodomized By Mogul At 2021 Party
Following the alleged incident, Brandon Adams claims he went to confront Diddy. However, he says security guards at the party intercepted and carried him into another room. Once there, he claims they told him he could either go along with things or exit the party as if nothing happened or be forced to leave “the hard way.” He chose to play along and was pushed to sign an NDA.
After signing the document, security allowed him to leave the party and escorted him out. Furthermore, he claims on his way home, police pulled him over and arrested him for DUI. Adams now blames his police run-in on “the lingering effects of the drugs he unknowingly consumed.” Now, Brandon Adams is suing Diddy for sexual assault and battery, gender violence, and more. He is also seeking unspecified damages.
Diddy’s legal team has responded to the new lawsuit, telling TMZ:
“No matter how many lawsuits are filed it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”
