Diddy is facing a lawsuit for rape, and his most recent accuser, along with her attorney Gloria Allred, is now publicly addressing the allegations against the music mogul.

During a press conference on Tuesday, Gloria Allred and Thalia Graves, Diddy’s latest accuser, spoke out in Los Angeles about the alleged assault that took place in 2001. During the press conference, Graves broke down in tears stating that the “trauma of the assault has taken a toll on my mental health, I’ve had PTSD, depression, and anxiety.” She continued stating that she’s “emotionally scared and it’s been hard for me to trust others to form other relationships.”

As we previously reported, Graves filed a lawsuit against Diddy, claiming that he violently raped her in 2001 at the Bad Boy Records studio in New York City. Graves alleges that she was 25 years old and dating one of Diddy’s executives at Bad Boy Records in 2001 when Diddy invited her to his lounge and office. According to her claims, he raped her on a pool table after secretly slipping something into her drink that affected her ability to think clearly.

In her lawsuit, Graves also alleges that Diddy’s head of security raped her. She claims that the sexual assault was recorded with a handheld camera and later shown to her then-boyfriend and other men.

Graves states that she has experienced suicidal thoughts since the alleged rape and that her emotional wounds were reopened in November when she found out about the existence of the alleged tape following Cassie’s lawsuit against Diddy.

This is the most recent sexual abuse lawsuit filed against Diddy, who is currently in custody in New York City after being arrested and indicted on charges of sex trafficking, kidnapping, and racketeering.
