In a recent interview with the LadyGang podcast, Demi Lovato opened up about feeling her most confident during sex. The singer revealed that she feels so present and in the moment during intimate moments, allowing her to let go of any insecurities and just enjoy the experience. Lovato explained that she is able to be completely present and not worry about what she looks like or what others might think.

“I feel the most confident when I’m having sex,” she said. “Cause you’re so present that you’re not thinking about what is actually like… what clouds your judgment throughout the rest of the day, or at least that’s how it is for me. It’s not that way for everybody.”

She also shared how she met her boyfriend, Jutes, whom she has been dating for about a year now, but Lovato admits that wasn’t always so confident around her man. “He is a musician himself, but he also co-writes on other people’s music. So he came into the session and I literally was like, ‘Who is this guy?’ I texted my friends and was like, ‘Oh my God, the hottest guy just walked In. I am so nervous. I don’t know what to do with myself.'”

Lovato’s candidness about feeling confident during sex is refreshing and important. In a society that often places pressure on individuals to conform to certain beauty standards and expectations in the bedroom, Lovato’s openness about her own experience challenges these norms. By sharing her personal journey towards self-acceptance and confidence, Lovato is not only empowering herself but also inspiring others to embrace their own bodies and desires without shame.

It’s important to note that feeling confident during sex is not a universal experience. Everyone’s journey towards self-acceptance and sexual empowerment is unique. What works for one person may not work for another, and that’s okay. The key takeaway from Lovato’s interview is not to compare ourselves to others but rather to focus on our own individual journeys towards self-love and acceptance.
