According to TMZ, Tamar Braxton’s boyfriend has reportedly asked a court for protection against the singer in what he describes as a domestic violence situation.
The news site reports that David Adefeso, filed for a restraining order on Tuesday in L.A. seeking to prevent domestic violence. However, it is unclear what he’s alleging she might’ve done. So far, the court has not approved his request just yet and neither has Adefeso or Braxton spoke out his filing.
His latest move comes shortly after the incident involving the singer two months ago. As we previously reported, he was the one who called 911 saying Tamar was threatening to kill herself. Sources say she was very upset that same day before making the threat.
“Family sources” connected to Tamar have also reportedly told TMZ that they believe she’s changed since getting with him. They claim he’s controlling in Tamar’s reality show, and that he’s been quite involved in her business decisions of late.
