Former child star Daveigh Chase has tragically passed away at just 35 years old.

Her boyfriend, Roy Hernandez, shared the heartbreaking news with TMZ, revealing that she died from meningitis and a blood infection, which escalated into sepsis. According to the report, Chase was hospitalized in Los Angeles earlier this month due to malnutrition.
