According to TMZ, the rapper tried to tell the board that he’s a changed man since being in the slammer since 2014. He said he wanted to resume his career in entertainment, and also wanted to do outreach programs with troubled youth who need guidance. According to the September transcript, he also told the parole board that’s he now thinks of himself as a “leader” instead of a follower. Bobby explained that he feels too “grown” to be fighting and arguing like how he used to. He also claimed he’s no longer impulsive, and takes time to think about others and walk away from bad situations.

Now as good as that all sounds, apparently, they weren’t buying it and denied his parole. Board members pointed out he’s had “multiple” violations while in prison, including allegedly having a shank, fighting and drug possession.

Due to that, sources says that it’s almost certain he’ll remain inside the slammer until December 11, 2021 when his 7-year sentence ends.
