Oop! A representative for Costco is addressing Diddy’s lawyer speculating that the now-disgraced mogul bought over a thousand bottles of baby oil in bulk from the wholesaler.

On September 16, Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested in New York on an indictment charging him with a racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for purposes of prostitution — all charges Combs has pleaded not guilty to. The 54-year-old is accused of running “a criminal enterprise” and having “abused, threatened, and coerced women and others around him to fulfill his sexual desires, protect his reputation, and conceal his conduct.”
When Diddy’s indictment was unsealed, prosecutors alleged that federal authorities seized over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant from his properties in Los Angeles, CA and Miami, FL — during the Homeland Security raids in March. The allegations have turned into a full-on running joke on social media, spawning tons of memes and viral content.

While appearing in the upcoming TMZ documentary, ‘The Downfall of Diddy: The Indictment,’ Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, responded to the reports about the authorities seizing over a thousand bottles of baby oil and lubricant for the mogul’s alleged “freak offs.” These alleged freak off sex parties involved victims, in many cases drugged and unable to offer proper consent, who were subjected to intercourse sessions lasting from hours to days.
In a clip making its rounds, Agnifilo said, “I don’t know where the number 1,000 came [from]. I can’t imagine it’s thousands.” He added, “I’m not really sure what that has to do with anything. One bottle of baby oil goes a long way, I don’t know what you need a thousand for. I mean, he has a big house. He buys in bulk, you know? I think they have Costcos in every place where he has a home. Have you sat in the parking lot of a Costco and see what people walk out of there with? … I don’t think it was 1,000. Let’s just say it’s a lot.”
Since Diddy’s lawyer speculated that his client bought over a thousand bottles of baby oil in bulk from wholesaler Costco, a representative for the company is now speaking out. Addressing the claims, a spokesperson for the nationwide chain told TMZ that none of the company’s U.S. locations carry baby oil, despite Agnifilo suggesting they might have sold over a thousand bottles in bulk to Diddy.
The publication continued to report that Costco’s website proves this claim to be true and that the site doesn’t offer any “baby oil,” much less any “body oil.” They also searched over on the Sam’s Club website, just in case Diddy’s lawyer mixed up the two wholesalers, but just like Costco, Sam’s Club didn’t show any “baby oil” for sale either. However, they did have Johnson’s Moisturizing Pink Baby Lotion with Coconut Oil available for purchase.
