‘Contagion’ Cast Share PSAs Amid Coronavirus Pandemic
The cast of everyone’s current favorite pandemic movie, ‘Contagion,’ is sharing PSAs during the real-life health crisis we are now facing, that is the coronavirus.
Cast members of the 2011 Steven Soderbergh film, Matt Damon, Kate Winslet, Laurence Fishburne and Jennifer Ehle, all partnered with scientists from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health to share evidence-based info about COVID-19.

On its website, the Mailman School says, “The COVID-19 pandemic cannot be ended by any single person, organization, or country. We must all work together and do our part by taking necessary public health measures, including social distancing and proper hand-washing.”
Throughout each of the PSAs, each cast member details their character in the movie, then move on to share details about the current pandemic, listing stats and ways people at home can continue to remain safe.
