Comedian Affion Crockett Says He Encountered His First ‘Karen’: “Ma’am It’s A God Damn Comedy Show!”
On Friday, Comedian Affiom Crockett took to Instagram to share that he had his very first encounter with Karen at his comedy show. He explained in his caption,
“Soo tonight I had my first KAREN storm the stage like the Capitol. I can’t make this shit up. When I perform, I SAID WHAT I SAID. If you don’t like it, don’t come. Cancel deez nuts 🥜🤦🏽♂️🖕🏽🤷🏽♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣”

The woman appeared to be upset over one his jokes. In the clip she says stated that she’s a woman who is married but “you’re insulting a lot of people tonight.” While it’s unclear what was said, Affion says, “how am I insulting people by talking about a sexual matter with adults? I’m talking about consenting adults here. I have sex with women so me being up here describing my life is insulting to you?”
Affion then asked if the crowd was just as offended, to which all of them replied “no!” The woman who then got aggressive with someone who tried to get her to leave was then booed as she exited the stage.
