LADBible reports Serban Raia met the woman named “Amy” at Radford Park in Nottingham and once the pair hit it off, she agreed to go on a date with him. When he returned to his dorm, Raia used the number to contact Amy and realized she gave him the wrong number when the number was not working. However, the third-year student believes she gave him the number by accident.

In hopes of finding Amy, Raia has handwritten over 100 love letters and posting them to every house on the road where she lives. In the notes, he has described the clothing he wears along with issuing compliments about her beauty.

“I’m upset I didn’t check straight away whether your number was correct because it had a typo and so I couldn’t contact you. I’m sorry if as a result, you felt ignored. I’m not letting this unlucky event stopping us from hanging out again soon, which is why I wrote this letter and sent it to every god-damn house on [name of road]. Hopefully, it reached you! Call Me. Hope this letter finds you well. Serban.”

Local residents have shown support toward Raia and hope he’s able to reconnect with the young woman.

“Maybe things didn’t work out the way I wanted. But at least I know what kind of man I am, and it makes a hell of a good story too. Given that we had such a good connection I decided to trust her, and not assume that it wasn’t that she didn’t want to talk to me anymore.”
