In the words of Mo’Nique, see when you do clownery, the clown comes back to bite. During Wednesday’s ice hockey game between the Dallas Stars and the Minnesota Wild, two fans got into an argument at the American Airlines Center which quickly turned physical.

According to reports, the Stars fan, who is easily distinguishable by his mullet hairstyle, felt comfortable enough to drop the N-word towards the man he was quarreling with, prompting him to get punched in his jaw. The Dallas Stars fan, clearly in shock by the blow to the face, then attempts to regain his balance before launching himself back at his opponent, who nonchalantly holds him by his collar before passing him a few more punches to the head.

In the video, which has since gone viral on Twitter, an apparent friend of the Dallas Stars fan then inserts herself in the fight by hitting the man who manages to block most of her hits. The fan is then restrained by a group of men who refer to him as a “little boy” as he repeatedly yells at the top of his lungs, “F*** that.”

No word on what happened after the video cut off, but we’re sure that man will be a little more careful with what comes out of his mouth — especially when it’s a derogatory remark about somebody else.

People on Twitter were clearly amused, with many saying that the Dallas Star fan deserved to be hit in the face for making the uncalled-for comment. “As soon as that N-Word flew out his mouth he got rocked, and during Black History month. Someone find that man so I can buy him a BBQ dinner plate and a cold one, because he wasn’t having none of that nonsense,” another tweeted in response.

“On the TNT broadcast, assuming before he got his cheeks clapped. Must have really been feeling himself,” one Twitter user wrote accompanied by a clip of the beanie-wearing fan smiling at a camera before the attack occurred.

“The white guy was like ‘I’m not black but I’mma knock his a** out anyways,'” another joked. Socialites, were the man’s actions justified or nah?
