However, aside from those who are protesting the death, there are many citizens across Iran and the rest of the Middle East who are celebrating the death of Iran’s top military general. He was also known to be behind Iran’s top terrorist operations.
“Massive crowds in #Idlib northern Syria are celebrating the death of Qasem Suleimani by the American attacks last night. They’re celebrating the end of that bad guy who caused their displacement and killed their children and the lovely ones.” tweeted Asaad Hanna.
Just hours after his death, Fars news shared a video of people mourning in Soleimani’s hometown of Kerman, Iran, but, government news failed to acknowledge numerous posts on Iranian Twitter and other outlets that show images of Graffiti that say “Thank you Trump,” and videos of citizens who are handing out sweets and deserts in celebration of the death.

However, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has promised to get revenge,
“With his departure and with God’s power, his work and path will not cease, and severe revenge awaits those criminals who have tainted their filthy hands with his blood and the blood of the other martyrs of last night’s incident.”
