‘I Love New York’ Star Kamal ‘Chance’ Givens Gets His Own Dating Show Again!

#Socialites, do you guys remember Kamal Givens — AKA “Chance?” well, according to an exclusive report by TMZ, the reality star best known for pursuing Tiffany “New York” Pollard on VH1’s hit show “I Love New York” will be getting his own reality series!

According to the news site, the dating competition reality show is called “One Mo’ Chance,” and it’s produced by both Ray J and Princess Love, even despite their alleged break-up.

Chance and his brother Real, who passed away from colon cancer in 2015 — had their own reality dating show, “Real Chance of Love” which ran for 2 seasons in 2008 and 2009. Chance’s new show is set to premiere this fall on the video-on-demand network, Zeus.

While trying to find love, the news site notes that Chance will also touch on a bunch of subjects from the relationship he has with the mother of his kids to the passing of his brother, Ahmad “Real” Givens.

Sheriff Apologizes To Family Of Inmate Who Yelled ‘I Can’t Breathe’ More Than 20 TIMES And Died

On Wednesday, bodycam videos of an incident that happened last year at a North Carolina jail were released. It showed the heartbreaking moments that led to the death of John Neville, who was restrained while having a medical emergency.

Neville was being held in the Forsyth County Jail in December after police arrested him on an assault warrant. While there, he suffered an “unknown medical condition” in his sleep on Dec. 2, Forsyth County district attorney, Jim O’Neill said. According to USA Today, Neville fell from the top bunk onto the floor of his cell where detention officers and a nurse found him “disoriented and confused.” The videos released Wednesday show a nurse explaining to him that he had a seizure.

As he starts to move and ask for help, officers hold his body down and tell him he’s OK and can then be heard saying “don’t fight.” At some point, a white hood is placed over Neville’s head while he is handcuffed and strapped to a chair and taken to another cell. Once inside the cell, the second video shows Neville being held face down by several officers as they struggle to remove his handcuffs. From there, several officers can be seen on the ground with Neville as they try to take his cuffs off. Neville repeatedly pleads for help saying, “I can’t breathe.” “You’re breathing, because you’re talking, and you’re yelling and you’re moving,” the deputy replies as Neville yells that he can’t breathe. “You need to stop. You need to relax. Quit resisting us,” he says.

According to the Daily Mail, he yelled “I can’t breathe” more than 20 times. As Neville goes quiet, the officers calls for cutters to remove the handcuffs. However, it didn’t work. “He’s not looking fine,” one officer says.

A nurse returns and examines Neville and she says, “I can’t hear a heart rate.” She performs CPR on Neville and the video ends there. Sadly, Neville died of a brain injury that was caused by asphyxiation on Dec. 4 at the Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Just last month, five detention officers and a nurse were charged with involuntary manslaughter: detention officers Sarah E. Poole, Antonio M. Woodley, and Christopher Stamper; Corp. Edward J. Roussel and Sgt. Lavette M. Williams; and nurse Michelle Heughins, USA Today notes.

Earlier this week, Sheriff Bobby F. Kimbrough Jr. apologized to the family and said he was saddened by the videos:

“I apologize again for what took place on that day, apologize to you and your family,” Kimbrough told Neville’s son Sean and his family’s lawyer, Michael Grace. “Your father has changed the way health care will be dispensed at the Forsyth County Detention Center as well as how it will be dispensed throughout this region.”

Neville was just 56 years old.

New York Attorney General Letitia James Sues To Dissolve The National Rifle Association

According to breaking reports, prosecutors in New York and Washington, D.C. have filed lawsuits to dissolve the NRA for misusing charitable donations. New York Attorney General Letitia James took to Twitter this Thursday morning to announce that she has filed a lawsuit, saying its leaders exploited the company for personal gain.

She tweeted, “BREAKING: I filed a lawsuit to dissolve the National Rifle Association for years of self-dealing and illegal conduct. The @NRA is fraught with fraud and abuse. No organization is above the law.

Karl A. Racine, the attorney general for the District of Columbia, later added on Twitter: ‪#BREAKING: We are suing the NRA Foundation for misusing charitable funds. Donors gave money to fund firearms safety, firearms education, and marksmanship training. Instead, that money was diverted to support wasteful spending by the NRA and its executives.”‬

‪According to CNBC, ‬the lawsuit notes that the senior leadership of the NRA squandered millions in donations on personal trips, private jets, and expensive meals, adding that the failure to lawfully manage the organization’s funds contributed to losses of $64 million over three years, the suit says. It also argues that a total of four executives, including CEO Wayne LaPierre, shouldn’t be permitted to ever again serve on the board of a New York charity.

At a press conference announcing the suit, which was filed in New York County in the New York State Supreme Court — James said the NRA was “a breeding ground for greed, abuse, and brazen illegality.”

As the news site notes, James along with Racine is asking the court to dissolve the NRA and require each of the current and former executives named in the suit to pay full restitution.

Three Teens Arrested For Jumping Wall At Trump’s Mar-A-Lago With Loaded AK-47

Three 15-year-old boys were arrested after scaling a wall at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort while carrying a loaded AK-47 in a backpack, police shared Wednesday.

According to a police report, a Palm Beach officer spotted the teens sitting in a parked car early in the morning about 2 miles north of Mar-a-Lago. When he turned on his overhead lights, the car sped south toward Mar-a-Lago.
From there, the three then jumped Mar-a-Lago’s wall and hid on the resort’s grounds before officers surrounded the club, and a helicopter and police dog were used to help find them, Fox News reports.

Michael Ogrodnick, the Palm Beach Police Department spokesperson, told the Miami Herald that the three were arrested shortly after entering the property. “They had no idea where they were,” he explained. When a cop asked the group about the rifle, one of them allegedly told the officer he “found it.” It was noted that the president and his family were not at the club.

All three face charges of armed trespassing, armed burglary, and resisting arrest without violence. WPTV reported that the teens, whose identities have not been released, are being held at the Juvenile Assessment Center in West Palm Beach.
