#Socialites, get into this! According to an exclusive report by @RadarOnline, Cardi B has hit a little roadblock while trying to collect the money that she is owed from Tasha K.

The news site reports that the rap star started the collecting process but it all came to a quick stop once it was discovered that the YouTuber [allegedly] had only $1,084.02 in her account(s). RadarOnline reports that JP Morgan Chase Bank recently notified the mother of two that Tasha K and her company, Kebe Studios, only had that amount in the bank, which isn’t even a decent portion in the $3.8M that is owed.

As it was previously reported, Tasha K took a huge “L” in the lawsuit that Cardi filed against her back in January. As a result, she was ordered to pay millions to Cardi for defaming the entertainer and making false claims.

The day after losing, the judge ordered Tasha to pay more than $1 million for defaming Cardi B by posting false rumors. From there, the jurors tacked on $1.5 million more in punitive damages. On top of that, the judge ordered the blogger to repay the star’s $1.3 million legal bill. However, following the verdict, the UnWineWithTashaK host stated she doesn’t have the money to pay up, and she filed an appeal of the judgment that is currently pending.

How Did Cardi Feel After Her Big Win?

Cardi released a statement shortly after Tasha was found guilty. She said, “After almost four years of repeated libel and slander against me, being able to walk away from this victorious brings me great happiness,” Cardi said in a statement. She continued: “I appreciate Judge Ray for conducting a fair and impartial trial. I am grateful for the jury and their careful deliberation over the past two weeks. I am profoundly grateful for the hard work and support from my legal team. Most importantly, thank you to my family and close friends who held my hand and helped me get the support I needed during this experience.”

Despite Tasha’s latest attempt to dodge the payment, Cardi is not letting her off easy at all. It was said that she recently filed court documents in Georgia seeking to garnish Tasha’s bank accounts at Chase. The “Up” artist said she wants her $3.3 million immediately and demanded the bank hold any assets Tasha has in her account or safety deposit boxes. In addition to that, Cardi reportedly demanded Chase answer questions about the amount of money Tasha has at the institution.

Meanwhile, the vlogger is desperately trying to convince the judge to side with her. So far, no decision has been made.
