Cardi B was out and about last night in NYC where TMZ caught up with her and asked about her Mother’s Day.
Rocking a super cute pink mini dress with green neon shades, Cardi was asked what her hubby Offset got her for her special day. Cardi showed TMZ reporter Seleah Simone her new black Audemars Piguet which cost upwards of $300k! While hopping in her SUV after leaving Carbone Sunday night Cardi chopped it up with the photog even more and had some words of wisdom for soon-to-be mom, Rihanna. When asked if she has any advice for RiRi, Cardi simply said motherhood is something that comes pretty naturally, and she thinks the same will happen for Rihanna when the baby comes, which of course should be any day now.

Switching gears, Cardi was also asked about Roe v. Wade, but she didn’t get into that topic as she said she has a long list of things she wants to talk about when it comes to that. However, during the brief interview, she also clarified her stance on fame and seemingly being done with it, which she alluded to about a week or so ago on Instagram Live.
As we previously reported, last Tuesday, Cardi B hit up Instagram Live to say that she’s completely fed up with being under constant scrutiny due to her high-profile celebrity status. The rapper explained to her 129 million IG followers that she feels as though she’s always in trouble for the things she says, specifically on social media. “I hate being famous,” said Bardi. “I hate it. I really hate it. Let me tell y’all something. If y’all ever wished to be rich and famous, don’t wish to be famous. Don’t wish to be famous. Wish to be rich.”
Cardi B continued, “Ya’ll seen me these couple of days, right,” the Invasion of Privacy spitter said. “Y’all see that I’ve been partying, going to the club with my nigga, everything, blah, blah, blah. Y’all see that I’ve been in a good mood. Once I step out, once I start doing anything that will go on social media, it’s always, always bad. I’m so sick of it. I’m so sick of it. I’m so sick of it, I hate it. Why me? Why me? I feel like God cursed with fame, deadass. Dead-fucking-ass. God really cursed me with fame.”
Cardi said to TMZ that despite having those feels and receiving backlash over a joke she made at an Meg Gala afterparty, she does not plan to scrap music altogether.
