A federal judge has shut down a $3 million lawsuit that Tasha K has filed against Cardi B after claiming the rapper made threats against her.

The decision ruled that Cardi’s case towards Tasha K will be presented before a jury after dismissing the Youtuber’s lawsuit as reported by Radar Online. In 2019, Cardi B filed a lawsuit against Tasha K after she made claims that the rapper used to be a prostitute, had herpes, and used drugs during her pregnancy with her daughter Kulture. However, Tasha filed a countersuit claiming that Cardi made threats towards her and she received death threats after it was exposed to the public.
Documents from the case state Tasha K reportedly provided evidence that Cardi B was allegedly a prostitute and had herpes based on a series of photos that “visible cold sores.” The court dismissed counterclaims that the rapper threatened her and failed to provide evidence that the threats and other factors caused emotional distress during Tasha K’s pregnancy.
