The footage shows Jeffrey opening fire at Scott’s house in North Ogden after a brief conversation with his brother, where he claimed to have come to see their mother. The relationship between the brothers is also described as “estranged,” with the police report revealing that Jeffrey was armed with a handgun, shotgun, and over 150 shotgun shells.
