A woman from Arizona has decided to quit her job after bosses demanded that she returned to the office on a full-time basis — something which the former employee wasn’t willing to commit to. In an interview with Business Insider, the woman, who is simply identified as 53-year-old Felicia, worked as an administrator and was earning a generous six-figure salary. Due to the coronavirus pandemic in 2020, her company was forced to have its staff work from home until it was safe for them to come back to the office.

While the firm was generous enough to offer its employees a hybrid model, which allowed them to work two days on-site and the remaining days from home, Felicia and her fellow colleagues were recently told they would have to come back to the office full-time. But she took issue with the announcement, saying she was able to get more work done from home than she did working in the office due to the many distractions and interruptions.
