Britney Spears’ Lawyer Claims Jamie Spears Is A ‘Reported Alcoholic & Gambling Addict’
Britney Spears lawyer is coming for her dad Jamie Spears and claims he is an alcoholic with a gambling problem.
TMZ reports that Jamie has challenged his immediate removal as conservator which has led his daughter’s lawyer to lash out and call him a “reported alcoholic and gambling addict”.
Mathew Rosengart says Jamie is not fir to remain conservator and has no room criticizing his replacement adding that Jamie is incompetent and the “abuse of his daughter (which evidently goes back to her childhood), and the dissipation of estate assets.”
Following Britney’s shocking court appearance earlier this year Rosengart doubled down on his thoughts about Jamie Spears.
“Mr. Spears has crossed unfathomable lines,” he said in a Monday court filing. “While they are not evidence, the allegations warrant serious investigation, adding that she should be “suspended on September 29; followed by the prompt termination of the conservatorship.”
Jamie has denied all of the allegations and says he has only ever wanted the best for his daughter and will step down as conservator when he believes the time is right.
