Britney Spears’ ex-husband Jason Alexander — yes, the one she was married to for 55 hours — has reportedly been released from jail, just months after he attempted to crash the singer’s wedding to her now-husband Sam Asghari. As we previously reported, Spears married for a third time in June, with her ceremony held outside of her LA home, but just hours before she was set to walk down the aisle, Alexander trespassed her property, made his way into her house, and demanded to “speak to my wife.”
Alexander recorded himself on Instagram Live as he managed to sneak past security before being confronted and putting up a fight when he was told to leave. Following his arrest, he was charged with trespassing and battery before reaching a plea deal with prosecutors to change his plea from not guilty to nolo contendere, resulting in his sentencing of 128 days in jail.

Since Alexander had already been in jail since June, the judge awarded him credit for the time he’d spent behind bars. And while he’s a free man again, he has been issued with a permanent restraining order which prohibits him from going within 100 yards of Spears.
While the “Toxic” singer will undoubtedly be happy to know that she won’t have to worry about her ex-husband attempting to get near her again, Spears is currently embroiled in plenty of family drama that has stopped her from seeing her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden, for the past six months.
in a recent interview, Spears’ second ex-husband Kevin Federline spoke out and revealed why his sons have not been in contact with their mom for the majority of the year, insisting that they took issue with her parading around social media in topless photos.
Furthermore, they also opted not to attend her wedding to Asghari since most of their family members had been shunned from the event — completely neglecting Spears’ previous claims that she has cut ties with her relatives who she accused of abusing their control over her life while she was stuck in a 13-year conservatorship managed by her estranged father, Jamie Spears.
But according to Federline, there had been a number of things going on in Spears’ life that just hasn’t sat right with him or their children, which is why they haven’t seen their mother in such a long time — despite the fact that they only live a few miles away from her.
Since being freed from her conservatorship, it’s become clear that Britney Spears holds grudges against her family. Ex-husband Kevin Federline says he understands her anger, but wants her to know their sons were thrilled by her victory. #60Mins pic.twitter.com/yyqu1Sue1f

“There were a lot of things going on that I didn’t feel comfortable with,” the former backup dancer expressed. “They tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but at the same time, I can tell that sometimes, it hurts to be in that position.”
Jayden told ITV News in an exclusive sit-down interview that there’s no bad blood between him and his mother, stressing that the situation can certainly be fixed. “I 100% think this can be fixed. It’s just going to take a lot of time and effort. I just want her to get better mentally. When she gets better I really want to see her again.”
