Reports indicate that at approximately 10:20 a.m., officers from multiple agencies, along with Fire and EMS personnel, were dispatched to Apalachee High School in Georgia following alerts of an active shooter. This alarming situation has resulted in confirmed casualties, and authorities have taken one suspect into custody.

Currently, officials have not disclosed the severity of injuries sustained during the shooting. However, it has been reported that at least one medical helicopter was observed airlifting a patient from the scene, indicating the seriousness of the situation.
