Blueface‘s $123,000 debt to Soulja Boy‘s child’s mother, Jackilyn Martinez, has reportedly grown to $131,000 as a judge orders his music royalties be seized to pay the judgment in his defamation lawsuit. According to AllHipHop, citing MyNewsLA, Blueface still owes Martinez, even more now, and continues to ignore her case since Day 1.

Blueface Ordered To Pay $123K In Defamation Lawsuit Filed By Soulja Boy’s Child’s Mother Jackilyn Martinez
As we previously shared, Martinez filed a $10 million defamation lawsuit in the Los Angeles Superior Court back in December 2023. It followed Blueface and Soulja Boy’s online beef which began as the two rappers debated who would win in a VERZUZ battle. However, the small debate quickly spiral out of control when Blueface claimed he won the battle as he’d allegedly “already f***ed” SB’s baby mama.
Blueface even alleged they had relations days before SB and Martinez’s 2022 baby shower, insinuating he was the father of their baby. He also shared explicit remarks about Martinez’s alleged actions. Martinez vehemently denied the allegations, calling them “false and defamatory statements.” Additionally, Martinez admitted they had protected sexual relations one time in 2018.
Along with her lawyers, Martinez then issued a cease-and-desist letter, demanding the removal of all of Blueface’s defamatory statements from all social media platforms. She continued to promptly file a defamation lawsuit when Blue failed to initially comply. He instead mocked her and claimed, “Nobody ever said your name… I don’t even know who you are.”
In April 2025, Blueface lost the case by default and a judge ordered him to pay $123,243.10. The amount breaks down to $100,000 in non-economic damages (for pain and suffering), $18,000 in special damages, $3,070 in attorney’s fees, and $2,173 in additional legal cost.
Blueface’s $123K Debt To Soulja Boy’s Child’s Mother Reportedly Rises To $131K, Judge Orders Seizing Of His Music Royalties To Pay Judgment In Defamation Lawsuit
However, new reports claim Blueface still hasn’t paid off his debt to Martinez and it has now grown to about $131,655, with interest. MyNewsLA reports that Martinez filed writs of execution with the Sheriff’s Offices in Los Angeles County and Sacramento County on Wednesday (December 24). In her documents, she claims Blueface still owes her the default judgment, which has grown with interest.
Martinez’s new filing arrives after Judge Peter Hernandez ordered Blueface’s music royalties be paid to Martinez. Earlier this month, Judge Hernandez ordered that the royalties — collected by BMI and the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers on Blueface’s behalf — be assigned to Martinez to the amount necessary to fulfill her judgment.
