Blac Chyna will be heading back to court with Rob Kardashian for her revenge porn case after the reality star’s motion to enforce a settlement was denied. The ruling was made by a judge on Thursday in Los Angeles, California, with Chyna’s lawyer, Lynne Ciani, telling Entertainment Tonight they were delighted by the decision.

“Without a settlement, Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating revenge porn of her to millions of his Instagram followers without her consent,” she told the news outlet. “Revenge porn is a very dangerous form of violence predominantly perpetrated against girls and women. Victims of revenge porn typically experience serious anxiety, shame, and helplessness. Some revenge porn victims have committed suicide.”

Further on, Lynne believes that Rob has never taken full accountability for his “heinous” act of posting revenge porn of Chyna on his official Instagram page in July 2017. “He was never criminally prosecuted. It is finally time for Rob to be held accountable in a court of law.”

It was just over a week ago when the father-of-one had filed legal documents which claimed he had entered into a settlement agreement with Chyna to avoid creating a public spectacle of the trial, considering how much attention was centered around their previous trial in May when Chyna ended up losing her defamation trial against the Kardashian family.

Why Did Blac Chyna Lose Her Last Lawsuit?

In that lawsuit, she stressed she had lost millions in earnings after the famous clan slandered her name to producers at E!, who decided not to move ahead with a second series of Rob & Chyna due to a physical altercation Chyna had with Rob in December 2016.

The Kardashians argued that while they did get in contact with producers at the network, they never slandered Chyna’s character; they had simply shared their concerns about the Lashed founder working with E! if she had been in a domestic dispute with Rob, who revealed in court that the relationship was plagued by violence.

Furthermore, they said that Chyna and Rob’s romance ended before a second series had even been greenlit, so it wouldn’t make sense for Chyna to think E! would move ahead with a season two if Rob had already said he didn’t want to be part of it given he had already broken up with his ex-fiancée at the time.

Earlier this week, it was reported that a judge had ruled Chyna to pay $390k for the Kardashians’ legal fees after losing the case in early June. Perhaps, if she wins the upcoming trial, she can use some of the money to reimburse the family.
