Putting the past behind them: Blac Chyna has filed legal paperwork to end her longtime court battle with her ex-fiancé and her baby’s father Rob Kardashian over claims of revenge porn.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, the 34-year-old requested to dismiss her revenge porn claim against Kardashian, 35, with prejudice after the pair reached a settlement just before their scheduled court date in June. She officially filed the motion to close the case on Friday in the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles County. This would now put an end to her claim and block her from filing any future claims on the matter.

As we previously reported, Chyna sued Rob Kardashian after he posted naked photos of her on Instagram, and claimed she was unfaithful to him and abused him. He also claimed she used drugs and alcohol. As a result of the situation and the cancelation of her and Rob’s reality show on E!, she claimed that it made her miss out on millions in potential earnings.

Blac has been in a legal battle with the Kardashian-Jenner family since 2017. She officially sued Rob and his family that October for defamation but also for damaging her brand as well as verbally and physically abusing her. She said she endured “significant damages” following a social media rampage by her ex, in which he shared naked photos of her and accused her of abusing drugs and alcohol and cheating.

In 2020, a judge denied the Kardashians’ request to dismiss Chyna’s defamation lawsuit. Per CBS News, Chyna had also rejected the Kardashians’ offer to settle the case outside of court. Michael Rhodes, an attorney for the Kardashians, continued to deny Chyna’s allegations, telling ET days before the trial: “We aren’t going to sully this process by responding to slanderous nonsense.”

However, back in May 2022, the Kardashian-Jenner family got a major legal victory in the big defamation case with no damages awarded to her. As a result of her “L,” In mid-June, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner’s legal team asked for nearly $400,000 to cover their court costs. Blac’s attorney has since announced their intention to appeal the verdict.

After the verdict, lawyers for the Kardashian and Jenner family “expressed appreciation” for the jury and. “The jury sent a clear message to Ms. White and her lawyer – I hope they are listening,” the attorneys said in a statement. “Justice has prevailed.”

Chyna has since accused momager Kris Jenner of trying to financially ruin her.

Lynne Ciani, who represented Chyna in her recent two-week trial against the reality TV stars, said “Kris Jenner’s attempt to financially ruin Angela White, the mother of her granddaughter Dream Kardashian, will not work,” Ciani said. The lawyer explained that, under California law, costs are only awarded to defendants “when they are without fault.” However, she says the jury came to a verdict that both Kris and Kylie Jenner “falsely claimed” Chyna had abused her ex-fiancé, Rob Kardashian.

“The same Los Angeles jury reached a verdict that defendants Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner did not act reasonably and in good faith to protect their own economic interests in the ‘Rob & Chyna’ show,” Ciani’s statement continued. Because Ms. White achieved these litigation objectives, defendants cannot be considered ‘prevailing parties’ under California law, and they cannot recover their exorbitant litigation costs of $391,000 from Ms. White.”
