Pilot Jones, the former friend of Blac Chyna, has decided to drop his lawsuit against both his ex-pal and Rob Kardashian, five years after accusing the pair of outing him as bisexual and leaking his private information to the public.
Court documents obtained by Radar Online reveal that Pilot has gone ahead and dismissed all claims against the ex-couple. Their feud first erupted when a photo of the Lashed founder kissing Pilot had surfaced online, shortly before Chyna was expected to give birth to Dream, whom she shares with Rob.

Pilot claimed that the photo had enraged Rob enough to send him threatening messages, claiming he was going to hire a hitman to take care of him. He was also accused of using the N-word and made alarming comments about finding Pilot in Atlanta, implying he was going to hurt the latter with or without the help of a gunman.
One message Rob allegedly sent to Pilot had read, “And u fa—– a– bi—-this is Rob and u [sic] did the most DISRESPECTFUL sh– ever by releasing pics and a story to a pregnant woman who is 17 days from having a baby.” The USC graduate continued, “This is my wife and you about to get you’re a– beat by every Mexican in LA including me. I promise u [sic] that. U [sic} fu—– with the wrong woman and the wrong dude. This ain’t a game to us.”
Another rant-filled text message Rob is said to have sent to Pilot, continued, “I will find out where u [sic] are. And u [sic] corny as fu—-. Like I said us Mexicans don’t play and u [sic] got my wife hot and she 17 days from having a baby and got my baby jumping around. What can [sic] of wack a– ni—- are u!”
And if that wasn’t enough, Pilot said Chyna ended up getting involved when she and Rob decided to leak his phone number online and bombarded him with displeasing messages, leading him to fear for his safety.
In his initial lawsuit filing, Pilot requested $2 million in damages from the defendants, but the dismissal means that Chyna and Rob have officially settled their legal battle — five years after the suit was first filed.
News of Pilot dropping the legal case comes just one week after Rob and Chyna settled her revenge porn lawsuit, though the amount she received from her ex-fiance was never disclosed to the public.
