Blac Chyna’s attorneys will grill the Kardashians about private emails allegedly sent between the family and executive producers at E!, which the mother-of-two believes led to the cancelation of her reality show Rob & Chyna. In new court documents obtained by Radar Online, the 33-year-old will present a string of messages that were said to have been sent by the famous clan, with one alleging that Khloe threatened to quit Keeping Up With the Kardashians if Chyna’s reality series was not axed.
The TV personality is fully prepared to go head-to-head with the Kardashians, having seemingly obtained enough evidence to prove that Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Khloe, and Kim Kardashian managed to get her show pulled after allegedly pressuring producers and leaving Chyna to fend for herself. She claimed to have lost millions in the process.
One of the messages is a text sent by Kris to KUWTK executive producer Ailee O’Neill in December 2016. During this time, Rob Kardashian publicly claimed that his ex-fiancée had gotten physical with him, which Chyna denied, saying her former flame only made the accusation after she had outed him for posting nude photos of her on the internet without consent. Kris’ message to Ailee read, “She. Rome a door and then she beat the s*** of Rob’s face.” Her lawyers will argue in court that the statement is not defamatory and holds no value in Chyna’s case.
An attorney for the 66-year-old continued to explain in court documents that the phrase “beat the sh** out of him” was taken out of context, using the infamous Will Smith and Chris Rock Oscars altercation as an example to stress that the text had nothing to do with physical abuse nor defaming Chyna’s character.
Kim K, Kris Jenner & sisters Khloe & Kylie sat front row of an LA courtroom as prospective jurors aired feelings about the family, defendants in a lawsuit brought by Rob Kardashian’s x-fiancee Blac Chyna.
“Anything to do with their names is just a big no for me,” one man said.— Theresa Longo FANS (@BarkJack_) April 19, 2022
“One might say that the Dodgers ‘beat the s— out of’ the Yankees yesterday to describe the outcome of a lop-sided baseball game. Another example is the infamous ‘slap’ by Will Smith of Chris Rock at the recent Oscars ceremony—Mr. Rock exclaimed in the heat of the moment, ‘Will Smith just smacked the s— out of me.’”
The lawyer added, “That, too, is not meant to be taken literally (there was no excrement coming from Mr. Rock’s face).”

That same month, on December 20, 2016, Khloe was believed to have sent an email to another two producers of the show. She stressed that her sisters were deeply concerned about their brother’s safety, adding that the alleged assault had left them feeling “uncomfortable.”
This will be followed up with Chyna’s claims in court documents from June 2021 that the mother-of-one threatened to quit filming the family’s reality show unless Rob & Chyna was taken off air, with Kris being called the “ringleader” who hounded producers to make the reality show disappear even though it had already commenced filming for its second series.
