Looks like another woman has come forward and accused Bill Cosby of sexual assault. According to the Daily Mail, singer Morganne Picard filed a lawsuit in New York on Friday claiming the comedian drugged her and raped her.
In the lawsuit, Picard claims Cosby used his “power, fame, and prestige” to sexually abuse her. The lawsuit also listed Kaufman Astoria Studios, the Carsey-Werner Company, and NBC Universal Media in the lawsuit. Picard alleges that she met Cosby in 1987 when he invited her on the set of ‘The Cosby Show.’ After getting to know each other Picard says she became close with him and his wife and claims she looked at Cosby as a “father figure.” But further into the lawsuit the singer alleges Cosby would often offer her to drink alcohol, claiming that the drinks made her black out on “multiple occasions.”
She went on to explain that on one certain day when she was at Cosby’s house, she had one of his drinks and allegedly woke up in a “hotel room, naked, with soreness.” Picard’s lawyer, spoke with Fox Digital and released a statement saying: “Today was the first step towards obtaining some measure of justice for Ms. Picard, “We want to thank New York State for passing the Adult Survivors Act, which allows Ms. Picard and other people who were sexually abused as adults to bring a civil lawsuit until November 23, 2023, regardless of when the abuse occurred. We look forward to holding Mr. Cosby and his enablers responsible for their actions.”
Cosby’s lawyer, Andrew Wyatt, previously denied all of the other allegations against her client. “It is disappointing to see that these alleged distractors are able to monetize false allegations against Mr. Cosby,” Wyatt said to the news outlet. “The Merson Law Firm along with these alleged distractors are fueling false narratives for the potential of media fame and greed,” he added. “Mr. Cosby continues to invoke his Constitutional Rights by saying, ‘Not Guilty’ and vehemently denying all of these alleged allegations waged against him.”

The allegations date back several decades, with many of the accusers claiming that Cosby drugged and sexually assaulted them.
In April 2018, Bill Cosby was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault against Andrea Constand, a former Temple University employee who accused him of drugging and assaulting her in 2004. He was sentenced to three to ten years in prison for these charges.
The allegations against Bill Cosby began to surface publicly in 2005 when Andrea Constand first accused him.
