His publicist Andrew Wyatt confirmed the news on Friday on the Domenick Nati Show where he announced that Cosby is expecting compensation from the state in exchange for serving time in prison. He says, “We are looking at what recourse, what legal recourse we can take against the state of Pennsylvania. We are looking at all legal angles for those things right now.”
Wyatt also criticized attorneys Gloria Allred and Lisa Bloom along with Cosby’s accusers for targeting Cosby and claimed they “had an axe to grind against black men.”
