As we shared yesterday, Amiker, co-host of Big Tigger’s Atlanta V-103 radio show, filed her lawsuit on June 30. The suit arrived after Brown insinuated that Amiker had an alleged affair with Tigger, born Darian Morgan.
Brown initially came out with her affair and abuse allegations back on June 6. In a post-and-delete, she showed a very graphic video of herself in tears and with bloody stitches.
In her caption, she wrote, “Someone ask my husband why my face happened.” Brown continued to tag Amiker — who recently joined ‘The Big Tigger Morning Show’ as of May 11. In a follow-up comment, she continued to speak on the two. She wrote:
“He is my husband actually and he asked me to respond to you. Yes we are getting a divorce over his relationship with Francesca but it was not your place to tell everyone. However I do thank you for confirming what I already knew! Can you DM me please.”
Tigger and Amiker vehemently denied all allegations. However, Tigger was ultimately arrested on June 20 and charged with aggravated battery and child cruelty for a May 9 incident at his home. A judge also ordered him to keep away from his wife and thier shared children.

In Amiker’s lawsuit, she alleged Brown falsely accused her of engaging in an affair with Tigger, thus subjecting her to harassment, professional losses, and damage to her reputation as an esteemed journalist and media personality.
She insisted her relationship with Tigger is strictly professional and that Brown’s posts portrayed her as a “mistress/homewrecker,” and as someone responsible for or condoning violence against women. She is seeking defamation damages, attorney’s fees, and punitive damages of more than $75,000, and is requesting a jury trial.
Hours after Francesca Amiker’s lawsuit news broke, Big Tigger’s wife Alicia Brown took to her Instagram with an official statement via her attorneys. While captioning the statement, she wrote, “Unfortunately a lot is going to come out. Through my testimony and husbands.”
“Over the past several hours, we have become aware of the significant public attention surrounding matters involving Alicia Brown. Because there are ongoing legal proceedings, Alicia has been advised by counsel to be mindful of any public statements. Out of respect for the legal process, she will not comment on the specific allegations or discuss the details of the case at this time as there are multiple pending matters.
Alicia and her husband shared and communicated everything! What we can say is that the receipts, including text messages, evidence, and the legal process will speak for themselves. We remain confident that the facts will come to light through the appropriate legal channels rather than through public speculation.
Our primary concern at this time is Alicia’s family, particularly the children. Due to the sensitive nature of this matter and the fact that they have witnessed multiple altercations with some being on camera, our focus is on protecting them from further trauma and unnecessary public attention. Their well-being and privacy must remain the priority.
We also believe it is important to recognize that no matter what someone thinks of another person, disagreement, criticism, or public opinion never justifies placing your hands on another individual. If organizations-including Audacy, the NBA, the NFL, or any other employer or affiliated entity-choose to condone or overlook conduct that is inconsistent with the values they publicly promote, that is a reflection of those organizations and the standards they choose to uphold.
At this time, we respectfully ask for patience and understanding as the legal process moves forward. We trust the courts to evaluate the evidence fairly and reach the appropriate conclusions. When it is appropriate and legally advisable, Alicia will address all matters further.
