The wait is over! as the “Avatar” sequel arrives 13 years after the original, and now Sam Worthington’s Jake Sully, has a full family and has been living life as a native avatar for quite some time.
Sully is on a mission to build a family of strong warriors, but what he mostly wants is to keep his family safe.
What made us fall in love wth the first film is still there, but this time we are focused on the visuals, scenery and how the film makes you feel. We get a deeper look into the planet of Pandora, and all of the magical islands and communities on the planet, Like Earth the diverse planet has tribes of many different origins, and we are introduced to the world of water and its inhabitants.
From 20th Century Studios, the creative team did an amazing job creating a world with different depths and bringing to life marine animals that we have never seen before, Of course with every magical, wholesome land, there is alway an antagonist trying to take ver and destroy what is there. In this case the sky people, aka humans are back and want Pandora for themselves, and Jake Sully’s past is coming back to haunt him.
James Cameron does it again and creates an excellent film that opens up a whole new world of AVATAR, which poses the question, can we see more?
Step out this holiday and catch AVATAR in theaters.
