Man Commits Three Drive-By-Shootings After Being Released Without Bail

An alleged Brooklyn gang member, released without bail on an attempted murder charge, went right back to his life of crime and took part in at least three drive-by shootings upon his release.

According to the NY Post, Darrius Sutton, 23, was arrested for a May 16 shooting in the courtyard of an East New York building that left a man seriously injured.

Despite being charged for attempted murder, Sutton was released without bail on the same day that he was arrested. Per the Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office, the only witness in the case recanted their statement.

“At the time of arraignment, the sole eyewitness had recanted so we did not have sufficient evidence to keep the defendant in custody,” a rep for the DA said in a statement. “The investigation is continuing and we hope other witnesses come forward.”

“The defendant’s violent spree over the last year has left at least seven individuals with gunshot wounds,” federal prosecutors said. “That these events did not lead to seven deaths is entirely fortuitous — the videos described above make clear that the defendant shoots to kill.”

Sutton is currently being held in federal custody pending his trial.

Marcela has seen the cancel culture placed on Ellen and the alleged toxic environment, but thinks that Ellen’s potential departure is not a loss but a growth opportunity

.While appearing on Instagram live Marcela said,

“If what is being said about her show is true then that’s terrible and Warner Media should absolutely move on. I’d also love for them to look at some powerful, beautiful and talented Latina hosts to take over! J-Lo, Sofia Vergara, Salma Hayek…they all have such fun amazing personalities and I think they send a message of how sexy it is to be strong and independent.” We can’t argue with that!

Marcela originally moved to Los Angeles 20 years ago and spent the first 10 working as an undocumented immigrant. After years of hard work and surviving an abusive relationship, Marcela took control of her own destiny. She became a famous talent manager with her brand “The Plastics of Hollywood” and entered the world of reality TV with her own wedding  on We TV with famous wedding planner David Tutera.

While she represents influencers and celebrities who have all had the most extensive procedures in order to chase a body image they love, Marcela has actually had no work done on herself.
