In a report by Radar Online, the men have informed court officials that they have reached an agreement to put the lawsuit on hold until Rocky’s criminal case is resolved. Both parties argued that if the case went forward, Rocky would have to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights because there was a risk that he would make self-incriminating statements that could be used against him during the criminal prosecution.
According to Relli’s lawsuit, Rocky invited him to his location, but an argument ensued shortly after his arrival, resulting in multiple gunshots being fired. Relli claims he was hit by a bullet during the shooting and has suffered “physical, emotional, and mental injuries” as a result.

Rocky’s lawyer previously described the lawsuit as an extortion attempt “by a former associate who threatened to make false criminal accusations unless Rocky paid him.” Furthermore, Relli’s team reportedly made things difficult for them because Rocky’s team wanted to accommodate their needs based on his schedule. They explained to the court that ASAP Rocky “oversees several other business ventures, including collaborations with national and international brands” at the time of their deposition.
However, Relli didn’t want to work out a date and Rocky asked a judge for his former associate’s team to hold off on the demands until they can agree on a set date. A judge didn’t rule on their disagreement at the time.
As for the charges, Rocky has maintained his innocence and pleaded not guilty to the felony shooting charges.
