The incident occurred in Marina Del Rey on February 14, when eyewitnesses allege they saw Cloud and another individual driving in an SVU, rear-ended a Toyota. Witnesses claim the SVU drove off from the scene of the fender bender into a nearby parking lot. The female driving in the Toyota that was struck by the SVU suffered injuries including bruising and redness to her legs and arms.

After the accident occurred, witnesses connected to the victim went into the parking lot to look for Angus and the other man in the SVU. They found the car, however, Cloud and the other man were not inside the car or in the parking lot, allegedly fleeing the scene.

According to information obtained from law enforcement by TMZ, Cloud has not been officially named as a suspect in the hit-and-run case, however, his name is being mentioned for his “possible involvement.” Police want to speak with  Cloud to determine whether or not he may be involved in the crash and or the person responsible for the wreck. It’s also worth noting that a hit-and-run offense can be charged as a felony in the state of California. News of Cloud’s purported involvement in the crash has begun circulating amid the ongoing conversation about the season three renewal of the teen drama series. Among the major talking points about the show is the departure of actor Barbie Ferreira, who assumed the fierce role of the character Kat, following rumors of a rift forming between herself and the series creator Sam Levinson. Ferreira bid a farewell to the show, cast and her character in a “teary-eyed,” Instagram Stories post last August.

Additionally, even though the new volume of the series has already been greenlit, episodes aren’t expected to air until 2024 — due to the grueling production schedule of the show.

“We shoot these episodes in like a month each,” said Colman Domingo, who portrays the show character Ali Mohammed — a Narcotics Anonymous sponsor. “It takes a while. It takes so long because there are a lot of frames. If you look at the show, there are a lot of tiny, tiny scenes. Sam [Levinson] is very meticulous in such a gorgeous way. It’s gonna be worth the wait.”

As it pertains to Cloud’s drug-dealing character on the show, fans of the series will also have to wait some time for confirmation of whether or not Fezco will return for season three. As a result of the season two cliffhanger, in which Fezco was accidentally shot by his adoptive brother Ash during a police raid, it was never revealed whether or not Fez survived the ordeal.
