The No Jumper host dropped the news on his podcast this past Monday, revealing that he and Lena have decided to put their relationship “on ice” for the time being. While the couple is still legally married and Adam noted that a reconciliation is “certainly a possibility,” he made it clear that this separation is very real—unlike the bogus divorce filing that made headlines earlier this year.
As for the speculation that their famously open sex life was the culprit? Adam shut that down immediately, insisting that Lena’s encounters with other men played no part in the split.
Instead, Adam took accountability, admitting that his relentless podcasting schedule left Lena carrying the bulk of the domestic load after they became parents. He confessed that Lena eventually confronted him, pointing out that he seemed to believe his only job was to work all day and come home, leaving her to handle everything from school pickups and shopping for their daughter’s clothes to managing the household.
