During Monday’s episode of her show, the singer got real while chopping it up with co-host Miquita Oliver about contraception — and what she said left many shocked.
Allen admitted she used to get pregnant often before getting an IUD in her early twenties.
“Abortions. I’ve had a few, but then again, I can’t remember exactly how many.”
She later clarified she believes the number is “four or five.” The pop star added:
“I have an IUD now, I think I’m on my third, maybe fourth, and I just remember, before that was a complete disaster area. I was just – yeah, I’d get pregnant all the time.”

Turns out, Lily wasn’t alone in that experience. Her co-host, Miquita Oliver, shared that she’s also had “about five” abortions. The moment turned into one of raw honesty and connection between the two friends.
“Lily, I’ve never – I’m so happy I can say that, and you can say it, and no one came to shoot us down.”
To which Allen calmly replied:
“No judgment.”
It was definitely an unfiltered, real moment — freely talking about their reproductive choices without shame or fear.

For those who’ve been following Allen, this ain’t the first time she’s been outspoken on abortion and women’s rights.
Back in 2022, she hit the Glastonbury stage with pop star Olivia Rodrigo and performed her track “F— You” — dedicating it to the Supreme Court Justices who voted to overturn Roe v. Wade.
The performance made headlines and showed that when it comes to standing up for women’s rights, Lily Allen doesn’t hold back.
