Snoop Dogg daughter, Cori Broadus, recently experienced a major health scare when she was rushed to the hospital due to a stroke. However, after a week of receiving medical care, Cori has been discharged and is now recovering at home.
In an Instagram post, she expressed her gratitude for the support and prayers she has received during this challenging time. “My ct scan of my chest came back normal and I’m going home today,” the 24-year-old shared in a Jan. 24 Instagram Story. “I can prolly cry omgggg. Thank you,” she wrote, “thank you for the continuous prayers, love etc.” Hours later she posted an update that showed a picture of a “welcome home” banner hanging in a living room.
Cori first shared the news of her hospitalization on January 18, revealing that she had suffered a severe stroke. Expressing her disbelief, she questioned why such a health scare would happen to her at such a young age. However, despite the initial shock, Cori remained positive and continued to update her supporters on her progress.

Cori’s Battle with Lupus:
Cori Broadus has previously spoken about her battle with lupus, a chronic autoimmune disease she was diagnosed with at the age of six. In an interview with People magazine, she mentioned that she has been working towards improving her overall health and well-being. Cori acknowledged that it is a day-by-day process and that true change takes time.
“I’ve been good, better than I’ve ever been,” she told People back in September. “If I can do a whole 360 change and just get healthy all around, I think I would be so good. But I tell people all the time, it’s a day-by-day process.”
She also noted, “Things are going to take time. Nothing is going to happen overnight.”
