Sherri Shepherd is letting it be known that she feels like Jill Biden should issue an apology to LSU’s women’s basketball team.
In a recent run it with TMZ, Shepherd was asked about her thoughts on the viral outrage about the NCAA championship and she said, “You know what, you black women put her husband in so what side are you going to be on.” Then she goes on to explain how it’s always tradition for the winning team to go to White House. “You never invite the loosing team to the White House. I know you want Iowa to vote for your husband but stop it!”

Towards the end of the quick interview she continues to say how she feels Jill Biden should give an apology to the team. “Yes she should apologize, absolutely stop putting the agenda for what’s suppose to be right.” Shepherd is also all for the players going to have dinner with Michelle Obama, but she said they deserve to go to the White House. “They deserve to go to the White House like everybody else who has won they’re suppose to be at the White House, not the looser that’s why the winner gets to go. If it was the other way around it would never be this situation and nobody taunts a player it’s called trash talking and stop making Caitlin out to be victim when she’s not.”
If your not up to date on what she is referring to, as we previously reported, the media attempted to portray their key player, Angel Reese as a player with “no class.”
“I’m too hood, I’m too ghetto. Y’all told me that all year. But when other people do it, y’all don’t say nothing. So this is for the girls that look like me.”

Right after the game, Reese began trending when she taunted her opponent Caitlin Clark by mimicking Clark’s “You Can’t See Me” tease. Reese shook her hand in front of her own face, before pointing to her own ring finger. Amid going viral for the incident, Reese and her teammates would go on to beat Iowa, 102-85, and make history at LSU, by winning their first national championship.
Despite the win, Reese was still being called out for her taunting, even though Clark was the first to do the motion days before. During Friday night’s (March 31) national semifinal game, Clark waved off a Louisville player.
