Lucci showed up to court last week to face the charges that were against him. Reports initially stated that he was denied bond at the time but his attorney Drew Findling explained to us that on “Thursday, January 14, 2021, Rayshawn Bennett, [Lucci] appeared before a magistrate who did not have the legal authority to consider bond. We will immediately file a motion for bond before the Superior Court, which is the appropriate court to set bond in his case.“

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the rapper’s now asking the judge to set a reasonable bond because he has “four underaged children whom he financially supports.” Lucci also claims he takes care of his mother living in Fulton County, GA. Also, he believes it won’t be a problem because he has no intentions of fleeing pending trial, adding he “poses no significant threat or danger to any person, to the community, or to any property in the community.” Lucci also notes that he has no felony criminal record either.

Lucci is facing murder, aggravated assault, and possibly gun and gang-related felony charges.
