Woman Who Accused R. Kelly Of Giving Her Herpes Wants Him To Turn Over Medical Records!

Although R.Kelly is currently behind bars, awaiting trial on sex crimes charges related to six women and girls, he still has other pending cases that he needs to deal with!

According to Page Six, Kelly’s sexual assault accuser, who claims he infected her with herpes, is now demanding he turn over medical records about his STD status from the past five years as part of her suit against him, new court papers show. The alleged victim named Faith Rodgers claimed that during their year-long relationship, the singer would lock her up when she was unable to sexually satisfy him. She also alleged that she only found out Kelly had herpes after he’d already infected her!

Court papers from Tuesday show that
Rodgers is now asking for the disgraced entertainer to turn over his personal information in her Manhattan Supreme Court lawsuit, including “all documentation regarding your sexually transmitted infection status for the past five years.” This also will include any medications, diagnoses, and related documents, Page Six reports.

In addition to that, Rodgers is also looking to obtain Kelly’s financials, taxes, pay stubs, plane ticket receipts, hotel bills, phone records, and medical records from January 2017 to 2019, according to the court documents.

Kelly’s lawyer Thomas Farinella said, “The discovery demands requested are in the normal course of a civil action and we will respond to the pleadings as required by law.”
