Despite previously stating he would remain neutral in the upcoming election, 50 Cent revealed that he believes many individuals like him resonate with former President Trump, especially in light of his recent assassination attempt.

In a Saturday morning interview promoting his new book, “The Accomplice,” the artist—whose real name is Curtis James Jackson III—shared his thoughts on the election and its impact. “I’d like to stay out of it. You know, well, look, things happen like Trump gets shot and they start playing ‘Many Men’ and it jumps 250% in streaming,” 50 said.

While referencing his hit song “Many Men,” a track that Trump recently walked out to during a livestream with Adin Ross just days after the first assassination attempt against him. Jackson later commented on his connection to Trump following that moment, especially after the former president was seen raising his fist in a now-iconic image. “He says fight. All right. And that’s exactly what I did after I got shot. I just went into fight mode,” he said. “People identify with it that way.”

50 Cent has previously hinted at the possibility of supporting Trump. In June, during an interview with CBS News congressional correspondent Nikole Killion, he expressed that he thinks Black men are “identifying with Trump” due to their own experiences with “RICO charges.”

Most notably, in October 2020, Jackson urged his Instagram followers to vote for Trump after coming across a report indicating that New York City residents might face a tax rate as high as 62% under President Biden.

“WHAT THE F–K! (VOTE ForTRUMP) IM OUT,” Jackson wrote. “F–K NEW YORK The KNICKS never win anyway. I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people 62% are you out of ya f–king mind.”

He later retracted his support in a Twitter post just a week later.

“Another spin F–k Donald Trump, I never liked him,” the rapper wrote. “For all I know he had me set up and had my friend Angel Fernandez killed but that’s history. LOL.”

  1. Hello everyone my names are ALEX JACKSON from the UK, I want to use this golden medium to appreciate Doctor Abdul a great spell caster for helping me retrieving back my relationship with my ex lover when he ended and turned back on me for quite a long time now (6 months ago). He performed a spell for me and within 48 hours after the spell had been cast I received a text from my ex saying that he is sorry for the pains and tears that he had caused me and that he will not do such a thing to me again in his life. I was surprised but later accepted him back again. Anyone that is in the same line of problem or different one that wants to contact a spell caster should happily contact Doctor Abdul now on this email doctorabdulspellcaster@gmail.com or message him through his Whatsapp +2348108728256
