Blake made his court appearance on Friday via Zoom and wore a blue shirt with a yellow time while sitting on his hospital bed. He is accused of criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and 3rd-degree sexual assault. However, these charges were filed before he was shot by Kenosha police officer Rusten Sheskey and they are unrelated to the shooting.

A judge asked Blake if he understood the charges against him and he pled guilty to all three. He also waived his right to a preliminary hearing but still has the right to a trial.
