Drake attempted to take another shot at Kendrick Lamar with a new “Taylor Made” freestyle, but now he’s being threatened with a lawsuit by Tupac Shakur’s estate because of it.

As we all know, Drake dropped his first diss track to Kendrick Lamar recently and while waiting for him to respond the Canadian rapper dropped another song which was titled “Taylor Made” freestyle. The track featured an AI-generated version of Tupac Shakur’s voice which his estate says is “a flagrant violation” of the law and a “blatant abuse” of his legacy, according to an exclusive report by @billboard. On Wednesday the news outlet received the   cease and desist letter that demanded Drizzy to take down the freestyle within 24 hours.

“The Estate is deeply dismayed and disappointed by your unauthorized use of Tupac’s voice and personality,” litigator Howard King wrote in the letter. “Not only is the record a flagrant violation of Tupac’s publicity and the estate’s legal rights, it is also a blatant abuse of the legacy of one of the greatest hip-hop artists of all time. The Estate would never have given its approval for this use.”

Snoop Dogg was also featured on the song. Many people assume that Drake rapped Tupac and Snoop’s verse and used AI to generate their voices over the song. Eventually once we got to the third verse Drake began to rap his own lyrics where he stated “The first one really only took me an hour or two / The next one is really ’bout to bring out the coward in you,” he states. On Instagram, where he posted the song, he wrote, “While we wait on you I guess.”

Things first caught the worlds attention when Future and Metro Boomin dropped their project together and there was a song titled “Like That” on the album, which featured Kendrick Lamar and he dissed Drake and J Cole. After Kendrick’s verse went viral all over the internet, fans have been anticipating if Drake or J. Cole would respond. Well, it didn’t take Cole long to respond but he admitted that his diss track didn’t sit right with his spirit.

Cole took the stage at Dreamville Festival two days after releasing his new album “Might Delete Later,” which included a song titled “7 minute drill” where he took some shots at Kendrick Lamar. “I’m so proud of (‘Might Delete Later’), except for one part,” he said. “It’s one part of that sh*t that makes me feel like, man that’s the lamest sh*t I did in my f**king life, right?” He added: “I damn near had a relapse … I ain’t gonna lie to y’all. The past two days have felt terrible. It let me know how good I’ve been sleeping for the past 10 years.”

The following week Drake dropped his diss songs to Kendrick Lamar and ever since fans have been waiting on a response from him.
